A tutoring center whose one admin answered the same questions about programs, schedules, and fees by hand — mostly on WhatsApp, often at night. We built the assistant: it answers from a written knowledge base (10–15 common topics, EN + ID), captures enrollment intent as structured lead records, and triggers follow-up automatically.Bimbel dengan satu admin yang membalas pertanyaan sama soal program, jadwal, dan biaya — kebanyakan lewat WhatsApp, sering di malam hari.
